Hello guy's

I wondering if annyone could advise my about witch coilovers I should use on my Mk 3 Trackcar.
So if you have them fitted please let me know what you think of them.
And please inform me where you can buy a good set of front coilovers for racing / trackday's.

Edwin from the Netherlands

IMO using coilovers is not suited to every car, i have tried most setups on my xr3 and found that konis on the front is the best suited to get my car round the track.

Deffo dont use the spaz ones

i've always read on here that gaz's leak like fuck and are generally crap. i'm confused.com now

what do people think about spax? thinking of the psx kit for my focus. (not trying to thread hyjack but the psx kit may be better than rock hard coilovers even on the track.)

mk 1 fez is light though compared to a focus and the psx kit as adjustible damping with far more clicks than koni and no need to take off the rear shocks to adjust them unlike the koni which you have to take off (only the fronts are on car adjustible0 which is shit imho especially as i can get the spax for £100 cheaper than the koni.

maybe i should look at eibach springs and spax psx shocks.
