Another weight question for you all! Head?

We defo need a sticky for this as Muz said in the other thread!

How much does a fully built head with cam etc weigh?
Or unless anyone knows how much it is to post one?

Trusty www.inteparcel.com for me again mate, and I generally put 20Kg, about £8, same as a block, or gearbox
