it might be worth setting up a rolling road day at the start of next year when everyones cars are done and then we could see the spec's of each car and then you would know what works and what dont ect....

and get cars with all different managements ect...

i was just seeing what others thought but yeah i would be up for this although i would get my arse kicked lol... but it would have to be early next year as im still saving for the finishing touches..
newman cam/boost controller/custom inlet and exhaust manifold/and im trying to find someone to live mapp my gotech mfi on the road to get real life mapping .

but it would be great to mix it up with everyone.

good luck with the live mapping on the gotech ,i ran mfi pro for 3 and half year's and compared to other systems on the market its fucking shit! Best thing i did was sell it.dont get me wrong tho it will make the power ect my best 1/4 mile was on it

Sounds good to me.But as already said above,its hard to get people to attend,always something creeping up.id be happy to do the thrash day but only running 200bhp currently.next summer be good time

yeh i think we could do a weekend of it realy but as said its getting it together and mine wont be ready for a few months anyway but would be great...

it doesnt have to be just the big boys as mine isnt in the same world as say stu collins ect but would be good to mix it up.

also would be nice to compare mfi with efi times ect...

thats it guys my cars never gunna be one of the fastest but would be nice to see what it does and considering it realy was built on a budget it will be nice to see how it performs ... well im hoping to get my manifolds and new cam fitted then mapped by end of january ...

then i will do the brakes and suspension upgrades when ive done a few run what ya brungs ...

fitting cam kit same as urs mark and booked in for set up going to fit my fuel pressure regulator aswell will b running mfi on chipped rst ecu but hoping we can get a dry day sorted so like u say can take good and the bad from the day we shud definately make a weekend of it

Nothing wild is it. Awaiting a call now to go for the mapping session on the Atom G4 stand alone mgt which has just been fitted. As far as I know the first RS out there with it. Looking forward to seeing the results, could be a long day!

yes it would be great to have your car as its something new and everyone would see how it performs ... well im hoping i can get around 275/280bhp from mine by then so might make it entertaining for my self ... im not to worried about stupid fast times but i want to enjoy my car to the max.

its a cts spec ib5 with uprated main bearing ect with quaife atb and its in with ap paddle and vibratechnics mounts and b&m quickshift and mk5/6 pedal set up .. so hoping it lasts more than 5 mins lol.

ive been talking to my tuner about trying progressive nitrous to work around the boost on my car so will help with sprints ect i think we will try it and see how we get on
