Default Cold start/Hot start

Will start from cold with the cold start sensor plugged in but then won't hot start unless it is unplugged.
If left unplugged takes bloody ages to start. Am thinking the sensor with the bi-metallic strip is either stuck open or closed so is the sonsor the one that the blue plug fits onto and if so where can I get one if I need to change it cheeRS.

Firstly make sure the system is setup and in tune. Then find the faults as if its not it tune it can do so many wierd and unexplainable things..
