Question HELP!!

I'v had a ZVH built for my S2 and it keeps overheating are their any options like an uprated water pump or..........I don't know thats why im asking!! Any help/suggestions please?

lower thermostat ... twin fans .... is the engine st up if its running lean/retarded it will produce extra heat too

Iv had the thermostat taken out iv put 2 new fans on it! It is being run in yeah but it keeps overheatin so I cant go anywhere in it!!!! Im now stuck!!

Taking out the thermostat and putting extra fans on is just covering up the problem!
You need to find out why it's overheating and fix that!

check the cap as well
have you gave the rad and all hoses a good clean

Alloy radiator, Radtec intercooler (front mount) and 2 9" fans.What is going to cause it to overheat tho?

Head gasket, air in the system.

Is the system under pressure when the car is hot?

HG, poor mapping, warped head/block, blocked pipes, radiator, or water ways, crap water pump, etc..

Its only just been built so the HG should be ok? Its not run in yet so hasnt been mapped and like I just said its only just been built so all the water ways and stuff should be ok?

Is the system under pressure when the car is hot?
Yeah if you undo the cap it releases air?
