er.. NO! lol
£100-£150 depending if it can be heard running and a compression test done........ otherwise it's worth sweet FA as it could be in any condition.
Gearbox would need to be 'driven' or again could be scrap.
Metering unit would need to have come from a running car and have been fuelling correctly (checked with a wideband if poss), or again could be useless.

100-150 is only for black and head usually but i seen these go for around 300-400
so with turbo and aux's metering unit you'd be looking at between 500-1000 i'd say for a good running unit

A mate got £260 for a good engine, albeit it was on his patio floor at the time, and ib5 gearbox with LSD.
he chucked in the driveshafts too i think. fair enough the guy didn't hear it run but he was showed a few vids when it was. plus the fact the rotton shell was dotted around kinda enforced his reason for breaking

i bought another mot failure for £1100 and got fgobbed off by the(ebay) seller. i was actually told "you dont get these cars for that money"
i was livid at the time just because he had said in the auction "no reserve must go" and i thought it was a very fair price for a completly unknown vehicle. however i had it removed three times afterwards when i saw it listed again. i think i pissed him off more.
Sorry!, so in short, i'd say what you said is the top end of the bracket.
