i have fitted cossie discs and calipers all round to my s2,i removed the abs as i couldnt get a decent pedal which has improved things.
but the front discs are grinding,i cant find from where,i have ground down the heads of the caliper bolts as they stuck through the hub too much.when i fitted the calipers i had to drill out the hub for the larger bolts,i used granada cosworth calipers as they didnt carry as much cosworth 'tax' as the 2.0 16v cosworth calipers and are basically the same.i found the discs were rubbing off the calipers around the circumference of the whole disc,anybody else had this problem?
i also think my rear discs are shot as 1 side drones when moving and the pads are wearing unevenly.im starting to wish id stuck with drums and small discs now.
