Default Quickie about setups

Engine was setup running fine before rebuild at 15psi. After rebuild I have wound the bleed valve in to minimise boost during running in dunno if I should have adjusted the actuator or anything else to suit. Car seems to run ok but don't want to give it death till setup properly. Also it seemed to pop a bit in third while giving it a bit of welly and seemed hesistant.
I don't know if this is cos its new and tight only just done 140 miles so far and its smoking on deceleration but has new turbo on it. I would imagine its either the valve guides or the rings have not fully seated yet but hopefully it will sort itslef out with more mileage.

I need it setup but it is booked in for 21st July with Dastek or Bosch (whatever they are called nowadays) and getting really impatient as I need to put alot more miles on before I can do more track days. However both Sitech and AVA are about an hour away each. Am I ok to run the car without a full setup cos am gonna have to drive to either location??

Or is there somone nearby Dunfermline that can give a helping hand and check it over for me first so that I have more confidence I can actually reach the tuners without breaking down??
