Default fuel pump

I am changing me fuel pump cause mine is f**ked but not sure what pump to replace it with. I am in the middle of building a high spec zvh, some people say the standard one is fine for up to 400bhp but others say to use a saff cossie one? What you lot think????

Bosch 0580 254 941.

Fits S2 and Sierra Cosworth.

The S1 and S2 pumps are different. The S2 pump is physically bigger and won't fit in the cradle.

S2 is 0580 254 910.

3.25 l/min @ 3bar for 910
3.67 l/min @ 3bar for 941

The 044 is neither Cossie or S2. It won't directly fit without an adaptor which can be purchased from A1 Rallye Sport.

However it is totally unnessesary unless you want over 400bhp in which case you will need the 044. The 941 will suffice up to that limit.

The 044 will flow 200l/h at 5 bar or 3.33 recouring per minute at 5 bar.
