what mm is a standard 1.6 rst bore?

Default what mm is a standard 1.6 rst bore?
would 89mm/90mm be bored to much?

Pretty sure the original diameter is 80mm mate, so a 10m over bore is out of the question im afraid. Better off with a 2litre zetec bottom end which i think has a bore of 86mm (off the top of my head).

you could always go for geting a 2.0l cvh block from america imported that was used in the american ford focus, but thatll be costly

81 and 81.5 are fine im using 81mm acralites in mine the standard bore is 80mm
