had a car dropped off by a passer by and said seen as i am always messing about with cars car i help him....

problem is the window on drivers side is stuck down and passenger side will move downwards but not up...

any ideas anyone?

 

the switches ok

 

seem to be...will try and short them across each connector to see

 

the switch is clicking when trying put window up so looks like there is power there.

will look at switch off mine but mine is a 4 way and one out my front is only electric front windows...might work...

 

You should be able to hot wire the switch to make the window go up as a short term fix then id try a new switch when places are open again

 

Surely if it was the switch you would still be able to close one of the windows isn't there 3 switches for a mondeo 2 on drivers and 1 on passenger side correct me of I'm wrong haven't bn in mondy for years
