What ever you do, don't buy "g-max" springs. On the escorts the backs springs sag so the car drops lower at the back.
That and the fact they are shite quality cheapo nasty springs.

Never had cobra so i couldnt say. I've got spax, had them for a while now with no issues. With springs its the same as most other components, the more you pay the higher the quality. Might as well pay the extra couple of quid for a decent set.
