bit embarrasing!!
i have made a bit of a boo boo! bad diagnosis by me!
i thought my head gasket had gone again but i accidently over filled the oil and the coolant had a air lock so then the level dropped right down!
so it looked like i had coolant in the oil but all is well!!!!!!!!!
so instead of taking the engine to bits again i have started fitting my flo-flex bushs and repairing my wheel arches behind the liners!
so whoops! but YEY!!

Nice one for admitting it 
its better than mine, i took it to NMS for a setup as quote; "it wasn't running right" and it blew up on the way 
i literally pulled up with steam pouring from under the bonnet
i can't even imagine what they were thinking.
