Default water pumps and oil pumps

will any late 1600cvh pump work with my efi engine???

IIRC it's only the S1's that have a different water pump all others are the same.

hi
if your running a series 1 crank in a series 2 block waterpump is either type but series 1 crank requires a series 1 oil pump
i run a series 1 crank in my series 2 block but with the later type waterpump
mine runs fine

Yes.
There's only pre -86 CVH pumps and post -86 CVH pumps.
