Lo ppl ,

I found my turbo isnt really kicking in until 4000 rpm, and it is also overboosting, could it be dodgy amal valve or actuator? , I was thinking of junking the amal and putting a bleed valve in its place?...

Also water has been coming out the top of the header tank under pressure, but it was overfull


any ideas at all

what cam ya got in, is it timed right?, have u changed sumthing since this has started hapening?

 

nope havent touched anything at all. perhaps she needs a RR? , car is standard, apart for dv

 

I wouldnt put a bleed valve on there if you have a problem, because thats just by-passing the problem, deffo get it RR, then whoever does that for you will get it set up, if its standard, might need a new actuator?

 

yeah take it to a tuner!! best advice there is! doesnt have to be rolling roaded you can set up a car without it!
