where can i buy new bearings for my s2 lsd?

Ford, ebay, etc... Nothing special on RST bearings. Exactly the same as any mk3/mk4/mk5/Puma/Fiesta/...

If you mean Standard then yes just go with Fords
If your looking uprated then go to someone like CTS, or Bara for good quality urated diff bearings i think the uprated are steel caged.
