hi all

really pissed off . driving down a dual carriage way as i come over a bridge a 17 year old lad pulled out to off a side road and stop to do a u turn . i managed to get on the brakes but went in to the side off him . my cars a complete right off .just had it fully resprayed only mot d and taxed it this morning . could off killed him , got the police there and they were on my side as what the lad was saying does not add up to werer the damage is . the lad only had 1 head light and 1 wing mirrow . ill post pic s up tomoz . doe s any body know what the insurance will offer me ?

hey m8 sorry to hear. i had a s2 and it caught fire theres a thread about it. i had put a value of my car as 2k to my insurers they came and inspected it and offered me the full 2k i think it was worth more than that so i tried to haggle but they couldnt go above the estimated value of it and it took 2 months for them to pay out

gutted for you mate as far as i can remember an indipendant person will come out and value your car if you are claiming off him and it is normaly a good pay out. it only seems to be bad when you claim off your own insurance lol
