my side lights are brighter than my head lights which are very dim, ive been using my side lights all the time and they dont even shine the road up. forgot all about them the other night and went dowm a motorway, ppl was flashing me and could hardly see a thing so really need to sort them, any ideas. cheeRS.

 

Clean all your earthing points, bulb cradle check for oxidisation, obviously new set of bulbs. Wiring wil be brittle at this age, especiaally with most looms chopped into for alarms etc over the years. Might just need a freshen up...

 

whats the best bulbs out on the market. cheers for the advice.

 

Mate check the relays in the fusebox mine were exactly the same until i gave them all a good shake and push, now theyre ok.

 

ive already checked that mate, ive ordered some new bulbs could simply be them!!
