Fancied a change of tail pipe, so bought a scorpion bk/box and i just went to fit it on and found that it connects to the middle section alongside the fuel tank. And the magnex system connects at the rear box.
But the scorpion bk/box is sleave fitted and welded to the mid section, can i just grind of the weld and separate the two and then fit the rear box to my magnex system?

Should of gone with a Mongoose backbox mate....not for fitment just because I've always known Scorpion to be restrictive, through rear box especially!

If your grinding off welds might as well debaffle it too though, would sound nuts

its like it has been de-baffled already, just wondering if i grind of the welds that connects it to the mid section, it will just pull out and i can connect it to the magnex system thats on the car??

As above really m8 should have gone for a mongoose backbox as scorpion have been proven to be very restrictive the bore coming out of the silencer is no bigger than a standard rs turbo exhaust!!!

Not realy bothered about power, mines is just standard-ish. Just want the turbo/burble sound and a diff tail pipe.
Well cut the mid-section off the bk-box and its sleaved in around an inch, so will remove whats left and slot it and attach to my magnex mid-section.
