Default Anyone heard of Ross low comp pistons before???

Hi after alot of messing around finding a set of low comp 1mm pistons for my rs turbo, ive got sum from PTS, they recommened Ross ones, so i got them, never heard of them, want to run 20 psi when its done,

Anybody used these before?, any good?

Yes,

they are of high quality. Very popular in the USA and in line with JE pistons.

from memory you can order in either low silcon or high silicon content.

thats good to hear, thanks for that, looked on their website, and they use them in the chevvy drag cars, so must be ok!

Ross pistons are used on a toyota drag car that runs 6's and over 200mph.

Just under £500 delivered from P.T.S, you have to ask them about them though, because they dont list them in their catalog or advertisments.

They said they have been using them in their rebuilds on rsts recently and supossed to better than accarlite, but they would say that when something costs 500 quid!,

That why i put this post up, to see if any one is using them, nice to use something different other than mahle.....
