try atkins...worked for me...just get some lin seeds (you will know why) and multi vit and mins!...no iron tho!

Well I make sure i have some breakfast, then nothing till my packup at lunch, then a good tea (and don't eat shit in the evening - cos your metabolism has slowed by then).

I'm not never gunna eat maccy d's or KFC or pizza again - but just pace it, say treat yourself once a week, if you feel like it - but then again now i don't feel like it.

mines running 179bhp @ 17.5 psi
chipped, s/s zorst, -31, K+N,

(maybe i need to turn boost down but i only just got the car)

thats a bit much 12-15 psi would be better
my old punto gt turbo used to run 18 -19.5 psi but it was able to hold that the only thing a punto gt got right
