As my cab is a turbo thought id ask in the turbo section as suspect same for all mk4`s!!!

I noticed that my speaker pods and inner sill covers are slightly different in my cab than what they are in my old s2.They are both the same age so im guessing its a cabriolet thing.

However, im having real trouble getting the speaker pods to fit properly.I cant seem to get it to fit at all where they used to be. Has anyone got anyway of getting these on easily?

Or if not, what have other people used instead of the standard front speaker covers? I noticed Karlos dont seem tot have the standard front speaker pods?

Just give them a wiggle, they will go back on ok. Just make sure you get the tab bit under the sill first.

the cabbys are different to the normal escorts, the cabbys have a metal speaker hole, the escorts have a metal bolted on braket u bolt the speaker into!

undo the buttom bolt that hold the dash and removed the sill that way its easyer to get it in rigth

And as said the cab are diffrent as the cab have bin reinforced thats why the diffrent pod..
