Oh right, cheers for the info mate! Tbh can't really find many people who make them for rst's, know cosworth don't do them any more and the only others i can find have c/r's in the low 7's which i don't want tbh.

Cool, looks like they'll be the ones to go for then!! I see they say they're 8:1 c/r on an unskimmed head so have to get that up a bit

Ive got them in my 2.0 zvh engine, not put it back together yet but will put a post up with the results after running in, I did some research on them and the feedback was very positive, had a few people mention that they are only good for around 30k between rebuilds but I bet the people who said this have never acutually used them.lol

Well fairly dramatic tbh, as in i had to get it recovered home! A few of us were out for a sunday blast and after some limiter action off a roundabout it suddenly started rattling like a twat..suspect either a bent rod or bearing dropped perhaps, haven't investigated fully yet but the engine has done alright really considering what it gets used for and the fact the bottom end is standard apart from arp bolts. Pistons are on the way, got steel rods, fresh crank etc so the build will be in progress asap, no low comp for me
