75w-90 fully synthetic gear oil is best, you can get it from most motorfactors, halfords etc...

Ive always used Fully Snth Mobil oil, costly @ around £12 per litre but the box has always been perfect with it. If it is bone dry, i would advise to pour some through the overflow pipe (tricky) also otherwise you will not lube up the 5th gear properly.

the diff uses the same oil as the rest of the box, fill the box up till it starts to come out the filler hole, go for a slow drive and use all gears, then top up again if needed, buy a 5 litre tub of gearbox oil, the box takes around 3.5 iirc so you will have 1.5 litres spare just incase you spill any or need to top up
