Why on earth would you want to do this? It's not going to be anywhere near the right fitment.

get yourself on Ebay plenty of decent 2nd hand systems on there go for 'pennies'

or go to your local exhuast garage i had a powerflow one made up for me and that only cost £300. worked perfect and had no problems with it.

yeah but there only 2.5" bore size on ebay

i was thinking of the tube torque exhausts iirc that are welded every 10" of bore in places and they seem to work fine so i was thinking i could make my own

Powerflow £300 vs Mongoose £400, surely that's a no-brainer??

Seriously, once you pissed around, you'll only wish you'd bought the right thing in the first place.

If you're at the point where you need a 3" exhaust, this shouldn't bo bothering you.

Fact is, none of us have spent the money we have because we felt like it. Needs must.

Dig your hand in your pocket or settle for less. Easy choice really if you ask me.
