Default 2.1 16v turbo conversion

can any 1 help or give some advice,i have this 89 rs turbo with 2.1 16v turbo already fitted there is no ecu or engine wiring loom and have been told that a fiesta rst ofab ecu with frst wiring loom will run it,is this possible or not i have a ofab ecu but no wiring so will it be worth me buying a frst wiring loom or not all help is greatfully recieved

dont know about the fiesta loom but an efi xr3i loom should do the job

With a 2.1 Zetec a fiesta loom would be rubbish. With that set up you'll want something mappable. I'd recoomend Omex 600 or Emerald ECU, you make up your own loom. Its what i'm doing with my 1.8 ZVH.

a 1600 ECU will probably run lean on this set up, do it right first time with a mappable ECU.

Grove garage sell plug in flash chips for the FRST ECU that have been mapped for a basic spec 2.1 Zetec Turbo's, they also have specced fuel injectors.
