If money wasn't a problem i'd say NMS.....their 1.6cvh's seem to do the business very well indeed!!

i got about 3.5 to 4k i no steve at vulcan he built my mates na cossie engine

hi mate i would always use ian howell of area six / fiesta frenzy motorsport very helpful guy with great knowlegde of zvh , cvh , zetecs. all parts are custom built for each engine so reliable as fook. plus most of his engines are all at the top of performance fords timed runs in the magazines.
a 300bhp zetec turbo engine fully built is £3200 for the silver top and £3450 for the black top
the engine spec is ;

custom forged pistons and rings
h beam rods
new gaskets
upgrade wrist pins
multi layer headgasket
oil pump
water pump
big end and mains bearings
jockey wheels
timing gear
timing belt
sump with oil return
headbolts
area six camshaft profiles
area six valve springs
hydralic followers
painted cam cover
engine breather relocated (if requested)
plugs and leads

AND BEST OF ALL 12 MONTHS WARRANTY

THIS IS THE SAME BOTTOM END THAT IAM RUNNING ON MY DYNO PROVEN 522 BHP ZETEC TURBO ENGINE. I JUST ADDED BIG VALVE HEAD , CAMS, T61 TURBO, CUSTOM INLET , CUSTOM EXHAUST MANIFOLD
SO YOU GOT PLENTY BHP TO COME , THATS IF YOU WANT IT
