hi all looking for a bigger intercooler,mk4 van bits
also if any one knows where to or who does bit for the said motor
aaannnnnddd another thing any info on / modding a front bumper to remove the middle bit as i am a body work virgin

 

lots of fiberglass! and mesh! and alot of patience! good luck

 

ahh thats me buggerd all ready,, all ways lose my temper just by looking at it

 

just chop the center section out at each end then use fiber glass and filler to bring it out so its rounded kinda thing! jst done mine the final coat of filler goes on tomorrow then it gets sparayed next week

But how many man hours you put into that bumper cut out?

 

my mate started on it 10.30 one saturday morning and finished at 6.00 so 7 1/2 hours and it needs about another hour or so on it to do the final coat of filler! i paid him Ł70 and Ł10 for materials! i think it looks mean . ive had someone photoshop an intercooler in, a single wiper, sunstrip and paint it all black so you can see what its like when its done! what do you reakon?

 

Looks mean! wouldnt like to see that come hammering up behind me put it that way!

 

just cleaned it and took it out for a spin and wasted a civic type R !! i was going to sell it but now its all set up there no way im parting with it!

and them civic type R's are bloody quick..never driven anything like em...they dont go till they get to 6k then they fly!

So if ya racing a nervous driver they wont even get the engine goin cus they too scared to go above 6k!...wimps...then again it wasnt my car so i took it past 6k!
