Default Ofab Map Sensor Question?

Does it matter where u position the map sensor? Mine is screwed to the heater box but ive been told that it should be on its back facing up rather than upright facing towards the front of the car. Thats the best i can explain how its positioned sorry if it makes no sense.

Thanks

Steve.

Ideally you want the nozzle on the sensor pointing downwards.

It's to ensure the delicate sensor inside doesn't get contaminated with fuel/oil/crap. Effectively pointing it down acts as a drain.
