You can get front panels and wings from Ford still. They would be the best bet as the fit will be perfect, compared to "so-so".

Front bumpers may be a little harder.

Pattern parts are available for metalwork, and I believe they also do '88-spec bumpers. Most pattern suppliers will not be open though until 5th January, but if you look on www.crashrepairparts.com you can get an idea of prices for comparison.

Depends what the actual damage is behind the outer panels. Anything from a couple of hours to a day I would think.

As Jacko said.

Martin, you know my Cabby quite well and have seen the front end on it.

The whole lot was brand new Ford stuff, including front panel and you would be hard pushed to find something that does not look correct. Whole lot on that took just over a day. A decent professional welder/panelbeater will normally do a better job than someone who does it as a bit of extra money, and will most likely do it quicker as well.

When i did the sills on my grey one they needed another 10 hours than i first thought they would! As more metal had to be fabricated as it had gone past the sill!
