Smoke on boost, what does it mean?

Default Smoke on boost, what does it mean?
My turbo spools up and holds good boost but I have smoke on boost and for a couple of seconds when I back off. Recon my turbo is on it's way out? or anything else?

could be the valve stem seals mate, they tend to leak oil and give off blue smoke... is there any play in the turbo shaft?

VSS would only be on first startup, as they slowly leak oil in whilst the car is stood up! Unless they have completley dissintergrated then it would smoke all the time.
Does sound like turbo....

i know mate im sad too but just want to get it sorted... god damn engines, i knew the car was too cheap to be as mint as it looked!
