well i have just been to look at the car, was well surprised, i have had lots of rs turbos well 3 mercury grey ones, 1 black one, 1 red one, 2 series 1s and 1 white 1, now this one i looked at today is a 1987 d plate, in white with full 90 spec bumper and spoiler, 90 spec handbrake and mint early spec recaros, the car belongs to my best mate who has had it in his garge for about 2 years buying bits and peices over the time and has just fitted a freshly rebuilt fiesta turbo engine and full mk4 xr3i efi loom, it has koni's a grs cooler samco hoses, 3.5" scorpion exhaust big escos filter 16" mondeos, he has offerd it to me as soon as he gets it running, so i comes to me to mot and complete,

 

i would mate even if you dont like it after a while youll be able to sell it for a tidy profit

 

yeah im going to look for a ofac superchip and some beige injectors, i also have an 044 cosworth pump for it already. Also it comes with front and rear strut brace all i want now is a half cage, and some new tyres and big breaks. i want it to be all done via second hand bits and be on a strict 1k budget.
