Default zvh turbo christmas list

i know this has been covered plenty of times before but I just want to get the latest run down as general consensus may have changed.
I am picking up a 1.8 zetec bottom end that has had the following done to it;
COMES WITH:
NEW CVH WATER PUMP.
CVH CAM BELT TENSIONER.
NEW OIL FILTER.
X2 CONVERSION PLATES(FITTED)
NEW HEAD BOLTS
LOW COMP PISTONS.
x2 OIL FITTINGS(FITTED)
BOLTS FOR FLYWHEEL TO CRANK(X6),,YOUR OLD FLYWHEEL WOULD NEED TO BE SKIMMED,, AND THE HOLES FOR THESE BOLTS TO BE OPENED UP SLIGHTLY,,(APPROX 1 MM).
LAZER CUT CONVERSION PLATES FOR THE WATER PUMP,AND FRONT BREATHER BLANKING.
OIL WAYS ONTOP OF THE ENGINE HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY PLUGGED.
FRONT AND BACK OIL FITTING HAVE BEEN TAPPED FOR TURBO,AND BREATHER(TO ROCKER COVER OR POT).

I understand that this is a very comprehensive conversion and know that ill need to purchase and do the following:

Uprate the injectors; I will go for cossie blue tops unless anyone else has any other ideas (wanting to run 300bhp daily)
Convert to aftermarket ECU- going to run megasquirt. Does this replace both the ecu and fuel ecu?
Vernier Pulley
Open up and re tap the flywheel bolt holes
modify the 3rd engine mount. What exactly needs to be done?
Purchase the sandwich plates from the zetec engine to correctly mount my cvh box
Utilise my bottom pulley from the cvh

If there is anything else that anyone can think of or knows of a link that has a comprehensive guide on what needs to be done then please let me know.

Cheers

ok what a brilliant guide.. thanks. It confirms my initial thoughts and am surprised at the little amount of work that needs to be done to get this build on the go.
All i need to buy is a vernier pulley, gearbox sandwich plates, headgasket, megasquirt and injectors.

The guide doesnt say about injectors.. which ones shall i buy?

Hiya, i've bought the same block off the same guy...
For the price it's a great swap from a standard cvh bottom end BUT there's no way you're going to achieve a daily driver with ~300bhp on it without throwing some serious cash at it first. The pistons are only standard items skimmed to lower the compression. Again the rods are standard. To replace these for items capable of handling the boost you'd need to get the power you want would cost anywhere from £900 upwards.

Personally i'm very happy with the block and it's running a good 200+bhp in my daily driver but I wouldn't push it any further...
