Default Ofab chip on ofac ecu?????

got a superchips 195 chip from an ofab ecu and just wondered if it'll work the same in an ofac ecu. many thanks

why does it say chip for ofac/ofab when advertised?

You would have to ask the dishonest seller that question, unless you are actually question whether or not i am correct, in which case why ask the question at all? lol

i'd have thought no as there different systems and if stu says no mate then its deffo the case

Although I have no doubt that what you say is true Stu in order to teach me something you will have to state why
I've no experience of either system at all but have seen a question such as this asked before, what are the differences between the systems.

not questioning stu, just wondering why people and some company's say for both?, looked on ebay as well as there were a few on there saying the same, probably people trying to just sell them quick, anyway many thanks for your help

Perhaps they are new and not yet programmed pal? In which case they are for both as they will br programmed to suit whatever you ordered.

Quite different architecture. A little like the difference between windows 95 and XP. The sensors they use are different too.
