hi, i have mk4 turbo cab that i have some 2wd calipers for, was gonna just use 280mm cosworth discs, but been given 300mm st170 discs free, will these squeeze on with the caliper in the original holes, without having to make a bracket or would i have to make a make one up? many thanks

 

ive got st170 300mm n standard rs calipers on bracket but looking to upgrade to cossie calipers

 

hi i got given wat was "supposed" to be st170 discs an the 2wd calipers wouldnt fit over them so id look at that first. but like i sed "supposed" st170 discs if they do fit could you let me know as im interested to know if they do fit over. thanks

 

saw the spacer brackets needed for this conversion on ebay a while back, were about 30quid ish. no link tho sorry, so time to get looking

failing that, i remember reading on the zoo motorsport site that brom can make up adaptor brackets to fit any calipers to any car with any disc, so, give them a call n see what can be sorted custom fabrication wise

 

i got a set of 2wd and 4wd cossie discs and i need some st170 ones,so if u wanna swap

 

Go for 4wd calipers and the 2wd cossie discs, popular conversion and works the tits! Fit straight on with no mods!

 

ive just removed 4wd calipers and 2wd cossie disks from my cabby

 

might have a result for u here. my mate bought a pair of the adaptor brackets off ebay for this conversion, but hasnt used them as yet

will have a word and see if he will sell them, if so, wil drop u a pm dude
