Hey guys,

I recently put a -31 billet actuator on my rs turbo, it is all rebuilt etc u know the score pretty much but since I changed this, if you put pedal to floor it hits 2 bar of boost and backfires senseless!! So parked it up as I am not blowing my engine up any ideas guys?

 

get the car set up correctly is a good idea, how is the actuator rod positioned ?

 

Yeah got that part sorted lol already booked in they were going to check it too and half a hole preload.

 

take it off and put a proper one on would help,them ones are crap IMO

 

as said proper one (steel one) and make sure all your pipes are connected tight i had same prob turned out to be crossover not done up lol

i have a forge one on my s2 has no probs but it came with the car. i no auto specialists are selling steel -31's give them a bell
