Hi Guys,
Just intrigued to what Shocks/Srings our ERST are on and what "mm" theyve been lowered, whether your on Adjustables to Standard Ford Shocks??? Also what size alloys you have to match the suspension, i.e std RST alloys or 17" RS 7 spokes etc
Thanks,
Sheppy.
*EDIT* Was thinking, dont go crazy with the .resolution of the photos but about 640 x 480 - 800 x 600 max! Edit your original posts with pictures so people can compare and see what it looks like riding at different heights![Big Grin](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
Heres me - standard springs and shocks with RS 7 Soft Spokes - 17":

Im standard at the mo but either going to go Spax adjustables and go 40mm or Gaz coilovers (bit expensive though - £500). Im on RS 7 Spoke 17" but want to go to Standard 15" ERST alloy's.

GAZ coilovers
- speak to GAZ about speccing springs, they were really helpful with me
The standard rears were too soft for track use
i would never go back to Koni's
koni's

it handled fine on the GAZ std issue springs and i would probably have them on the softest setting if i used the car a lot
I went for quite hard springs on the rear for the trackdays and it's not very nice anymore. I think that they are 200 or 220lb springs, but they made the car handle awesome and it doesn't go light on the front anymore
i'm not sure how much it is lowered, but have seen it next to Pagey's and mine looks really tall, so i'm guessing it's not much
i had to have it reasonably high as i can't get on my drive

i've got GAZ blacks
lol i asked for them to be done in black to match everything else
i could only get the usual ones when i bought mine - what are the new ones like?
PS Switchblade, this was mine under acceleration with the GAZ std springs, it used to feel all light on the front

Gaz Gold you can adjust the rebound or something like that, not entierly sure!
so basically if your rst is powerfull your as well with a higher poundage on the rear? but it doesnt feel as good?

lol i was drunk at the Autosport show and spent about half an hour at the GAZ stand asking what i could have ![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
The chrome ones looked good, but nothing is shiney on my car
hmmm might go for the golds at some point, but i'm happy enough with these
Pretty much
i still drive the car a lot, i've used it for work all week and compared with some of the lowered rst's on big wheels i've been in, it's probably similar. Just bangs a bit on the back
i also went from the 6" gaz springs to 10" springs to stop the rear squatting

If your going coilovers read the ebay ad mate, there not just a simple bolt and go affair you have to make a few mods regarding the strength if the top mount- i think theres more mods needed aswell but i'm sure somebody will clarify
