You just missed one on ebay mate! went for about £15 iirc!

yep there is a shop called rs parts i think type starter motor heat shield, there is a brand new one at the shop

ford should still do them, make sure u get the turbo heatshield which clips onto the oil return pipe to shield the turbo from the starter motor not the starter motor heat shield which sits on the underneath of the starter motor to protect it from the exhaust downpipe
