what to do
im now buying a s2 rs turbo . it has exhaust and filter. want 200 if not more power. will it need internals ? what should i buy

Good intercooler, Cam, Stage 1/2 (standard will be at its limits) Turbo and about 18psi
Will obviously need a setup, and this is alll on a good healthy engine.

chipped ecu, decent full front mount intercooler, cam, uprated actuator, uprated clutch, better brakes and hope the gearbox lasts a while

BUT i'd look into EFI of some sort before proper money gets poured in, pays for itself later on when you're not trying to get blood out of stone on the MFI.
