any 1 got a rst bailEY header tank? if so did u have any probs fittin the bottom hose? if so how did u sort it? got 1 for mine but the bottom hose wont fit...cheers

Ive got one, but was on the car when I bought it, just looks like standard size samco hose on it though.

Im sick of burning my arms etc on it though when ive been doing anything under bonnet after car has been running, gets very very hot

I had a bitch getting mine on and gave up then my mate came up with arms like arnie and within 2 mins he had it on they are a fucking tight fit!!

the problem im having is getting the bottom hose over the outlet of the header tank..the hose diameter inside is 15mm and the header tank outlet is 30mm..massive compared to st5andard tank...wasnt sure if i needed a different hose..dont know any1 that can weld a new outlet either..does any1 know sum1 in the north east? cheers

mine went on fine, had to re-drill for mounting it on my s2 but the hoses slipped straight on

It will stretch on mate trust me, mine looks stretched to fuck but has been on for five years and aint burst yet.

try soaking the end of the hose in some boiling hot water for few mins first, that will soften it and make it easier to stretch
