series 2 switched ignition pickup

where is the best place to take a switched ignition pickup for the main power source on a gotech mfi ecu? obviously i have removed the s2 ecu and fuel computer just wondering where i can take it from?

iv always taken mine from behind the ignition barrel. think that should be ok for your ecu stuff
