high impact polycarbonate windows...
how much about would the rear 3 windows be for a mk4 escort?
also if i put the filler cap in the rear window could i use the same pipe from the original filler, or would i have to have a tank inside the car?

lol was gonna say fuking hell id drather push mine up the strip that drive the 1.3 up lol
ye na i was thinking bout goin and was gonna c hu else but goin to pick my bits up sataday so just gonna start on the car and got me engine stand now so will start to build that ready.
wat u got nice goin in it will hav to pop round some time an c it as only seen wen u had just it.
ps. im building mine own cage now custom one lol wel im not welding it fuk that :P

na i wouldnt take the 1.3 up the strip lol, nothing wrong with them tho i sat at 100mph all the way to fordfair last year in my green mk4 before it was turbo'd aha (reason why i stopd it 100mph was because it wouldnt go anymore) and dan who ust to own the mk4 uve got now, was on my bumper @ a ton...
but the engine thats going in aint nothing special realy, got a few mods and that but its a secret
yer come round soon if you want, well give it a week or so as just doing a few more bits to it lol..

not sure yet its gonna be 45 or 48 mm pipe same as scafold pole so chunky stuff lol duno yet gonna get some ideas together but not rushin.
so wat u gone for a 2.0 or 1.6 cvh
mines like a pikeys bit at it with a grinder for tat an stripped it lol lol na not that bad started welding bits now.iv updated my project if u wanna hav a look an ill look at urs

im not saying lol...its only about 120bhp, but in a stripped escort it should go ok..
im only having it in so i can start driving it, new engine will be going in later this year i hope...
what engine you going for now?

ye 120 should be alrite for a week or 2 then get bord lol
mine will be the turbo one i got of ben if its any gdd gotta send of to be checked an then im drilling the cps hole to run efi on it just gonna b std for now then wen its running start modding it.update ur prodj an ill talk bout it on there

better changing things on the engine now while its out, but if i wer you id ad just saved up and brought a proper specd engine already done....
standard power is ok...but i ust to keep up with standard rs turbos in my old red mk4 (when i had it though when it was stripped out etc)
you just going to have a standard efi turbo engine? guessing with full stainless, filter, t3 etc?

just for now will be esrt block,efi head efi inlet std t3 stage 1/2? std injectors,exhaust air filter fmic remap.basicly std spec reli as if i want more power afta a bit will just build a gd 2.1zvh while thats in wen i get bord as hey more cost effactive u?

plus drather build the engine myself or have it built for me so i no wats its had dwith proof and bin built rite not ragged to fuk as 2 hand like.

no point with 2.1zvh, just go for 2.0 zetec turbo, realy dont know why people replace a 16v head with an 8v one, just doesnt make sense to me....
my green turbo was efi, fiesta turbo engine, standard injectors, pipercross filter, full scorpion exhaust, t3 turbo...
made 151bhp at the flywheel but i think that was abit much to be honest, but this engine im putting in should be around 120bhp...no lag...and car weighing less so would easily keep up with a standard erst beeing 126bhp@ the flywheel...
