finished my rover manifold well if you can call it a rover one lol its got a vauxhall vxr fuel rail, calibra turbo throttle body and a custom plenum

looking good mate,whats the exaust manifold off? the fuel rail is it good????

the fuel rail is off astra vxr and the manifold is a 200sx one

It looks like the timing belt is drifting off towards the block!! There is a difference between the pics in your two posts above where you can see the belt.

i no that's just where its settled I've tried to move it back but it just goes back where it is now

sorry, it should be as long as the spacing is the same for the injectors

sorry to dig this ut the dead iam just wondering how easy that 200sx fitted up to the duratec did u have to mod it in any other way bar change the plate where it bolts on iam also going to be using a rover maifld on my zetec turbo u coldnt give me a list of bits that you have to use of the ford inlet any help apreciated mate
