Grinding from passenger wheel arch.
Right, my car has developed a funny grinding noise on the passenger side. It only happens when i turn left, or slightly left. Also sometimes the brakes will fade, loads then come back fine.
I checked the pads last night, theres plenty of meat left on them so i re fitted them with copper grease and bled the brakes and that hasnt sorted the problem.
What could it be ?

Ah, ive got 2 new wheel bearings sitting here ready to go on.
I was really worried so ive spent a fortune on parts to rehaul it all. Bough 2 new driveshafts, new pads, new track contol arms, new anti-roll bar and the bearings. Getting them all fitted tonight, so hopefully that sorts my problem.

When you say fade do you mean there is excessive travel in the pedal if the brakes have not been applyed for a while?
If yes then it will be the bearing that is on its way out. Movement in the bearing pushes the pads/piston back in the caliper.
