Default COSWORTH MANAGEMENT

hello all,

we are trying to fit cosworth management onto a fiesta xr2 that has been cvh turbo'd with a t3. (and i might do the conversion on my series 1 turbo if its easy enough!)does anyone have a complete guide on how to do this. where to put sensors etc, best thottle body to use etc. i looked in the technical archives and there dont seem to be nowt.

I've got it on my XR2 Turbo, it's harder than on the Escort RST as space between the bottom pulley and the inner wing is tighter. I'm using the 1800 CVH bottom pulley and had to have quite a bit of the pulley machined off

Dont be silly.

You have more of a mission changing a cam belt with your std setup than using an 1800 setup.

With the 1800 setup and jano's triggers you dont even need to remove the bottom pulley. All you need to do is remove 1 bracket and loosen the tensioner then the belt will fall off unlike it will using your set up
