Ive just converted my S2 dailey driver over to cossie 2wd discs and standard calipers and good pads!
Dont get me wrong it isnt going to pull your eyeballa out of your head type of stopping but it was a noticable difference especially on low speed braking.
About a cheap as you get as well!

4wd calipers
2wd discs
i didnt really notice any real difference in stopping power compared to standard size though

Size makes not a lot of difference to stopping performance, only aids cooling.
What pads do you run ?

Take the caliper off and put a 335mm one in then
Or do the 2wd conversion as above for cheapness, wont stop you much better but it will fill the gap.

is it not the cossy 4x4 that runs the single pot caliper and the 2wd that runs 4pot?
