After a two and a half month wait im finally getting my engine back, im just curious to wether it will be ok to run it in on the re map stu did on the standard ecu, the spec of the engine is:

ported big valve head
matched manifold
piper fast road cam
0.5 over bore
new standard compression pistons
(pistons balnced)
balanced and polished con rods
knife edge crank
lightened flywheel
all crank-flywheel-clutch-front pully were balanced together
all arp bolts in bottom end

will be using millers running in oil

will be using standard T3 turbo and a pro alloy front mount cooler.

will i have to get it re-mapped and chipped straight away or will i be able to run it in like this till the engine is bedded in, i dont fancy it running lean or rich and knackering it

what engine is it...zetec, cvh, zvh, YB or something else
was the ecu mapped for that engine spec or another ?
