HELP PLEASE !!! have just done a shell swop of rst (mfi) into a bonus shell - all went well the only problem im having is that it will not start from cold ( i have to tap the plate on the metering head and when it eventually starts it runs propper lumpy and trys to stall untill its warmed up - once warm its no problems - i have changed plugs , leads , metering head , feul pump , ecu - am waiting on a new cold start valve at the moment - i do know someone who had a similar problem and they had go tech fitted and they have been ok since - just wonderin if anyone has any ideas as i cant afford the go - tech solution just yet ( mortgage - missus etc !!!!!!!) any helpful ideas would be a result cheers all !

have you tried it with the cold start valve unplugged?

1.9 xr2 on 40's

get used to it, rs ownership at its best

go round any plug ins and undo 1 at a time, may show up which is spazin out

tell me about it - its one thing after another !! indicator keeps blowin fuses now too !!!! i think its the cloumn tho , so hopefully a quick fix ! thanks for that suggestion ill try goin through all the plugs tomorro and see what i can find -
