hi everyone, having problems with s2 AGAIN!. started the car today for 5 mins then turned it off, tried to start it ten mins later, it did but for 2 seconds then cut out, so then listened for the fuel pump to prime it didnt.
so then fitted a used spare pink fuel pump relay, it started and ran fine.
tried it again later on and as you can probably guess the fuel pump didnt prime and yes it did start but only ran for a couple of seconds then cut out AGAIN.
So before i go and buy another relay and blow that one, does anyone have any idea what the problem is?
and to top this my clutch is slipping now, im f***ing ill with this car lol.
hope you can help
cheers Ryan

definately a wiring issue or a totally knackered pump thats pulling so much current its knackering the relay up. Disconnect the wiring from the pump and unplug the relay, check to see if the feed to the pump is shorting to the chasis anywhere.
