Default who has cossie 8j's on ther rs and what tyre size do u use??

as above got some with 205 45 16's and they rub im lowered 30mm

front shocks are abit sloppy, have not removed anything either inner arches or anything

You need to machine them down to the correct offset. Take off 15mm, and use a 215/40/16. 205's are a bit narrow really.

got 205-45-16 they rub only iff I go fast around the corner but i've got nothing in the back also, no seat's

i have the same as u mate rubs on corners and bumps

might change for 195/40 profile

not machining them in caes i wanna use them on something else

i have 235-40's on mine


no idea if it rubs yet, they fit real nice at the mo but will see when its up and running

you cant machine escos rims safely. i'v looked into this before!. trim arches and run 215's, 205's and i'v even seen some on 195's!

Yeah i'm on 195's, it's only a slight stretch so nothing to worry about! No rubbing issues with 195's

I have this one 8J and have terrible rubs if I have passenger. 195 45 16 are front tyres and dont rub so much but rear tyres 205...shit.


Is possible to just pull out rear arches? will plastic bodykit fit if rear arches are about 1 cm out?

how do u find the handeling on 195's?

i can get 4 toyo t1r's for £215 in 195 40 16 this is why i was leaning towards 195's,

what do the fiesta boys use? seen loads on fez turbo's

thats because u are using 45 profile tyres like me at the moment, been told so swap to 40's or 35's
